Electric Stacker Lift is an efficient and safe material handling equipment widely used in warehouses, workshops, and logistics centers. Depending on specific needs and usage environments, this stacker is available in two models: with or without pedal handrails, and operators can choose between walking or standing operation.
The standing stacker is particularly suited for operators who need to stand for extended periods. It features a user-friendly arm guard structure and a folding pedal, allowing workers to stand on the pedal while driving the stacker. This design not only enhances operational comfort but also improves safety, as the arm guard effectively protects the operator's body from injury in case of an accident.
The standard load capacity of the stacker is 1,500 kg, though some models can support rated loads of 1,600 kg or more. The lifting height typically ranges from 1,600 mm to 3,500 mm, meeting the requirements of most customers. Additionally, some high-end models can lift over 5 meters, accommodating more complex warehousing needs.
To ensure safe operation, the all-electric stacker is equipped with various safety devices. For instance, the balance wheel has a protective cover to prevent cargo from falling during lifting or lowering, thereby ensuring the safety of personnel. The emergency stop button is another critical safety feature; pressing the red power-off switch instantly cuts all power, stopping the vehicle immediately to avert potential accidents.
In addition to these basic configurations, the all-electric stacker utilizes an advanced electronic steering system (EPS), enhancing the vehicle's responsiveness, control accuracy, and smooth operation. Furthermore, the incorporation of AC drive motors significantly improves the vehicle's power performance and extends its service life.
