Electric Glass Lifting Trolley

Vacuum handling trolley covers five distinct specifications designed for plate installation tasks, covering load grades of 300kg, 400kg, 500kg, 600kg and 800kg. Models from 300kg up to 600kg deliver 3500mm maximum vertical reach, while the 800kg heavy-duty variant extends lifting distance to 5000mm. Every unit comes fitted with a manually adjustable suction bracket capable of full 360-degree rotation to align panels to required mounting angles.

Power supply relies on maintenance-free lead-acid battery packs. Units rated below 600kg use dual 12V 100Ah batteries, and the 800kg version upgrades to two 12V 120Ah cells. Matching 24V chargers with variable output currents (12A, 15A, 18A) are supplied alongside each unit to maintain steady charging efficiency. Two separate drive motors handle travel movement and vertical lifting respectively. 300kg and 400kg trolleys adopt 24V 1200W travel motors, whereas 500kg, 600kg and 800kg models install 24V 1500W travel drives. Lifting power is split into two tiers: 24V 2000W for light and medium-light load types, and 24V 2200W for medium and heavy-duty configurations.

All models share an 840mm fixed outer width to pass standard door openings easily, while overall length changes with load capacity at 2560mm, 2660mm and 2800mm. Wheel sets are matched to bearing demands: light capacity trolleys carry single 400*80 front wheels, medium grades use single 400*90 front wheels, and the 800kg unit adds an extra front wheel of the same size. Rear wheel dimensions shift from 250*80 for light loads to 300*100 for heavier versions.

The vacuum assembly uses 300mm diameter rubber suction pads, with quantity matched to load capacity: four pads for 300/400kg, six pads for 500/600kg, eight pads for the 800kg trolley. This battery-operated vacuum cart supports transportation and fitting of architectural glass, insulated panels, window sash glass, mirror sheets and natural stone slabs across construction and glass processing projects.
