Rotatable Mobile Glass Handling Equipment DXGL‑LD Series

Heavy glass panels and stone slabs are awkward to shift around a glazing site, especially when workers must turn a sheet into position by hand. This battery‑fed suction‑type machine is designed to take over that load‑bearing and turning work. It comes in weight‑rated versions from 300kg to 800kg. The middle‑range variants, 300kg through 600kg, raise panels as high as 3500 mm; the top‑rated 800kg model extends that vertical reach to 5000 mm. A manual swivel mount lets operators spin the gripped panel through a complete circle, so sheets can be tilted and aligned during mounting without re‑parking the machine. Dual 12‑volt battery packs feed the unit, and a set of 300 mm suction pads (chosen from 4, 6 or 8 pieces) holds the panel firmly while it is lifted and placed.

Routine use covers putting up curtain‑wall panels, setting window and door glass, shifting tempered units, and transferring materials inside a glass‑processing shop. Because the wheels are guided on a narrow 840 mm‑wide base, the machine threads through door frames, plant aisles and tight refurbishment corridors without scraping walls. A solid steel body and puncture‑resistant rubber tyres keep it stable on unfinished concrete. Drive and lift run as two separate electric motors on a common 24‑volt line, each model arriving with a charger rated to keep the batteries ready for a full working day.

Five graded specifications are available to match different job loads: the 300kg, 400kg, 500kg, 600kg and 800kg units. A single operator controls lifting, travel and panel rotation, which trims labour needs and reduces the chance of dropped or cracked glass compared with manual rigging. The machine fits facade fitting, skylight assembly and door‑window glazing tasks on both new builds and renovation sites. OEM variants can be arranged for buyers needing custom‑rated versions.

Application Scenarios

Curtain‑wall construction sites, door‑and‑window manufacturing shops, glass deep‑processing plants, interior renovation projects and steel‑structure glazing assembly. This suction‑type handling unit cuts manual strain for site crews and reduces the likelihood of panel damage during transport. Tailored configurations are open to overseas buyers, general contractors and material distributors.
