DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD Series Mobile Glass Vacuum Lifter

Self-walking mobile glass vacuum lifter provides load capacity options from 300kg to 800kg. Models DXGL-LD300, DXGL-LD400, DXGL-LD500, DXGL-LD600 feature a max lifting height of 3500mm, while DXGL-LD800 reaches 5000mm. All units support 360° manual rotation, adopting walking style operation method. The battery configuration is 2*12/100 for 300-600kg models and 2*12/120 for the 800kg version. Charger specs: DXGL-LD300 uses 24/12, DXGL-LD400/500/600 adopt 24/15, DXGL-LD800 uses 24/18. The walk motor is 24/1200 for 300&400kg models and 24/1500 for 500,600,800kg models. Lift motor: DXGL-LD300&400 is 24/2000, DXGL-LD500,600,800 uses 24/2200. Machine width keeps 840mm for all models, length varies from 2560mm, 2660mm to 2800mm. It is equipped with 300mm suction cups in quantities of 4,6,8 accordingly, designed for glass panel handing, curtain wall installation, window and facade glass mounting on construction sites.

This battery-powered glass suction lifter is widely applied in construction glazing work, indoor glass partition installation, large glass plate moving and lifting. The vacuum suction cups create stable adsorption on smooth glass surface, the 360-degree manual rotation allows flexible angle adjustment to align glass frames precisely. Self-walking design greatly reduces manual labor risk and improves installation efficiency.

All DXGL-LD glass lifting robots adopt solid rubber wheels for rough construction ground. Front wheel: DXGL-LD300/400:400*80/1; DXGL-LD500/600:400*90/1; DXGL-LD800:400*90/2. Rear wheel: DXGL-LD300/400:250*80; DXGL-LD500/600/800:300*100. The whole machine is compact and maneuverable, suitable for narrow construction passages.

Safety protection systems are built in the vacuum glass lifter, including vacuum pressure monitoring and emergency holding function, preventing glass falling in case of sudden power failure. CE certified, our mobile glass lifter meets European safety standards for on-site glass installation projects.
