Products Description
Clear floor 2 post auto lift is a column-type lifting system engineered for workshops that prioritize unobstructed floor space and fast workflow. Unlike traditional designs with base plates or pit requirements, this gantry-style lift leaves the entire floor surface free, enabling vehicles to move seamlessly through the bay even when the lift is not in use. The CFR series spans five rated capacities from 3500kg to 5000kg, covering everything from compact sedans to full-size SUVs and light commercial vehicles.
All models share an industry-leading minimum height of just 110mm. This extremely low approach-combined with a 110mm ultra-low entry profile-allows low-clearance sports cars and modified vehicles to drive onto the lift without ramps or blocks. Lifting heights vary by model: the CFR4500-P reaches 1800mm, while the CFR5000-P achieves 1900mm. With maximum column heights up to 4420mm, large vehicles receive abundant undercarriage access. Column clearance is selectable between 2800mm and 3220mm, and the required installation width ranges from 3380mm to 3920mm, creating a broad entry corridor for wide-body vehicles. The release mechanism comes in two variants: dual-side mechanical unlock or pneumatic unlock, adapting to different shop preferences.

What Are the Solutions to "Expensive Pit Construction" and "Low Vehicle Clearance"?
-
Gantry-Style Above-Ground Design – No Pit, Zero Floor Obstacles
Conventional two-post lifts often rely on floor plates or in-ground pits, which block floor space and complicate workshop layout. This model adopts a gantry-style, clear-floor architecture. The absence of any floor-mounted crossbars means vehicles can drive or roll freely across the bay-even when the lift is idle. Field data shows this layout boosts usable floor area by over 30%. Installation finishes in just one day, and total construction expenses are about 60% lower than pit-type alternatives.
-
110mm Ultra-Low Entry Height – Low-Slung Sports Cars Roll On Without Aids
Many standard lifts have a minimum approach height above 200mm, forcing low-profile vehicles onto wooden planks or extended ramps-a slow process with scraping risks. This series provides a 110mm minimum height, cutting the entry barrier by more than 45% versus conventional units. Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini-all can roll directly into the working position without any auxiliary tools, slashing preparation time to under 15 seconds.
How Do Varied Lifting Heights and Locking Options Address Diverse Shop Needs?
-
Lifting Range from 1750mm to 1900mm – From Standard Bays to Extra-High Clearance
Some workshops service large commercial vans or lifted trucks, requiring taller lifting strokes. This series answers with selectable heights: the CFR4500-P lifts to 1800mm, and the CFR5000-P reaches 1900mm. Paired with a maximum column height of 4420mm, the minimum ceiling clearance needed is only 4.5 to 5.2 meters. A 1900mm lift allows a 1.85m technician to stand fully upright beneath a vehicle, improving working comfort by 60% compared to lower lifts.
-
Mechanical vs. Pneumatic Release – Tailored to Operational Habits and Budgets
Traditional mechanical locks and pneumatic releases each have strengths. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, this series offers two distinct unlock modes. The dual-side mechanical release version is simple, robust, and low-maintenance. The pneumatic release version centralizes control for one-touch synchronized descent, reducing lowering time to under 5 seconds and increasing bay turnover by 25%. Shops can choose based on their frequency of use and investment preferences.
How Does the Powertrain and Structural Design Ensure Heavy-Duty Performance and Space Efficiency?
-
2.2kW to 3.0kW Motor Options – Matched Power for Each Capacity Class
Heavier loads demand appropriate motor output. In this series, models from 3500kg to 4500kg run on a 2.2kW high-efficiency motor, while the 5000kg model upgrades to a 3.0kW unit. This ensures smooth, powerful lifting under full load. Full-load rise time stays within 45–55 seconds, and energy consumption per cycle is reduced by 20% compared to older equipment. The system reliably supports high-frequency use-over 30 lifts per day.
-
Selectable Column Clearance from 2800mm to 3220mm – Wide-Body Vehicles Pass with Ease
Wide pickup trucks, large SUVs, and vans often struggle with narrow lift entries, risking mirror strikes or requiring multiple maneuvers. This series provides an optional 3220mm wide column spacing (with a 3920mm installation width), accommodating vehicles over 2.3 meters wide for straight-in access. Single positioning time drops by 40%, and technicians enjoy generous side space for component access.
