DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD Series Self-propelled Glass Vacuum Lifter
DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD series self-propelled glass vacuum lifter delivers load capacity options from 300kg,400kg,500kg,600kg up to 800kg. All models support 360° manual rotation. The max lifting height reaches 3500mm for DXGL-LD300/400/500/600 and 5000mm for DXGL-LD800. It adopts walking style operation, powered by 2*12V batteries: 100Ah for 300-600kg models and 120Ah for the 800kg version. The charger is 24V with different current specifications, matched with 24V drive motor and lift motor for stable glass handling. Machine width remains 840mm for all variants, while length varies from 2560mm to 2800mm. Front and rear wheels and suction cups are configured differently according to load grades, with suction cup size 300mm and quantity ranging from 4 pcs to 8 pcs.
Application Scenarios
This mobile glass vacuum lifting robot is engineered for on-site glass facade installation, window & curtain wall assembly, large glass panel moving and handling. The vacuum suction cup system creates reliable adsorption on flat glass surface without scratching workpieces. Self-walking chassis enables flexible movement inside construction sites, warehouses and glass processing workshops. Manual 360-degree rotation function allows operators to adjust glass angle precisely during mounting.
