Retract the telescopic card to the locked position until the bottom of the telescopic card is flush with the first grid on the top surface of the column, reset the telescopic card plate, loosen the lifting wire rope, remove the lifting pulley and place it on the platform.
4. Use the handle bar to install the two sets of standard sections. Before tightening the bolts, make sure that the first group and the second group are on the same vertical line, and the deviation at the joint is less than 0.5mm. 6. Check whether the connection of the weight (or placement weight) is reliable. Install the winch and set the grounding device as required.
7. Put it into the hanging basket, wind the wire rope, and install the linkage safety device. At this point, the lift is basically ready for installation. Send the third set of standard sections into the gondola, lift the gondola to near the limit height, then install the third set of standard sections with levers, place the lifting pulley on the top of the third set of standard sections, and repeat step 6 to lift the platform.
8. Continue to raise the gantry to the specified first-time use height, install the elevator and the parking bracket at the corresponding height, and then put it into trial operation. When the erection height of the gantry rises to 6m, one attachment should be set up, and then one will be added every 3m.
