Hydraulic lift table adopts a modular design and is primarily composed of five core systems: the load-bearing platform, supporting chassis, scissor frame, hydraulic power unit, and electrical control system.

Load-bearing Platform: This is the working surface for placing goods. It is connected to the lifting mechanism via the upper arms of the scissor structure.
Chassis: Provides structural support for the scissor lift table. It houses the hydraulic cylinder drive system, where the piston rod is linked to guide tracks. Mobile models are additionally equipped with wheels for flexible movement.
Scissor Frame: Formed by two sets of cross-stacked, X-shaped arms. The upper ends are connected to the platform, and the lower ends are fixed to the chassis, creating a stable lifting support structure.
Hydraulic System: Serving as the core power source, it consists of a motor, oil tank, hydraulic cylinder, and control valve. It directly determines the lifting capacity and operational stability of the hydraulic lift table.
Electrical Control System: Supports multiple power sources (AC, DC, or internal combustion engine) and includes an emergency manual pump to ensure continued operation in case of power failure.
Working Principle
The electrical system activates the hydraulic pump, which pushes high-pressure oil into the cylinder. This causes the piston rod to extend or retract, driving the scissor arms to expand or collapse, thereby raising or lowering the lifting platform. The structure can also lock the lift table at the desired height.
Key Subsystems
Electrical Control: Includes power input, control panel, safety indicators, and lighting.
Hydraulic Auxiliaries: Comprises oil pipes, pressure gauges, and a reinforced steel base.

Cylinder Assembly: Available in single or multiple cylinder configurations, either lifting the platform directly or pushing the scissor frame.

Safety Protection: Features such as limit switches, explosion-proof valves, emergency stop buttons, and electrical safety mechanisms are integrated for enhanced protection.
Drive Unit: A compact assembly combining an oil tank, hydraulic pump, motor, and control valve set.
Guide Structure: Uses either closed or open wells with steel guide rails to ensure precise vertical motion.
Cargo Platform: Constructed from robust steel and available in enclosed or open designs. It is rigidly connected to the cylinder or scissor frame to maintain structural integrity.
This comprehensive design balances efficiency and safety, making it well-suited for heavy-duty lifting applications in industrial and warehousing environments.
